Price: $250 for sewing room
Times: Monday -Thursday 7 am-10 pm; Friday 7 am-7 pm
To make reservations, please Contact Hyatt Reservation desk directly at +1 (800) 993-4803 and refer to the special rate code G-NOFR. There is no requirement to stay at the hotel. Lots of us live locally. The special group rate will be available until 25 Aug 2025.

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your space in the sewing room. Another $100 payment is due July 15th. Final payment is due August 15th. At 30 days prior to retreat there will be no refunds of the $250.

No-Frills Retreats
The sewing room is in the hotel ballroom which seats 64 quilters comfortably. There is enough room for each quilter to have their own table and enough room for your personal SewEzy table or other small table. There are also two cutting tables, four ironing stations, and a giveaway table. There is a water station and a snack table, so bring your favorite snacks to share!
Breakfast is provided even if you don’t stay at the hotel. Last retreat the hotel had a sign up sheet for lunches around $15. They also have a restaurant. The hotel is at the end of “restaurant row,” so for lunch and/or dinner you are sure to find something you like.
Any extra activities are totally optional. Bring your own projects to work on. Make new long lasting friendships. What more could you ask for?
